All Little BAIA orders are processed within 1–3 business days(excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons or high-demand periods, processing time may be slightly extended. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Kindly email us with your order number and clear photos of the damaged box and item(s). We will review the case promptly and work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Yes, you can ship your order directly to the gift recipient. Simply enter their name and shipping address at checkout. We do not include pricing information inside the package.
